My career in hairdressing began at 18 with Sean Hanna, leading to years of experience with industry giants like Charles Worthington, Toni & Guy, and Headmasters.
Having worked on numerous fashion shoots and art teams, I’ve developed a specialty in everything from high-fashion color placement to refined cutting. Today, my focus is on creating precision styles that are simple to manage but deliver maximum impact.
Away from the salon, you’ll usually find me in a Stetson trucker cap, always ready to chat about the best local eats, films, or city adventures.

I always knew I wanted a career in hair, starting as a Saturday girl at 14 before training at Hair by Alexander in the City. During my career, I’ve studied cutting at Vidal Sassoon, colour at Wella, and permanent waves at L’Oréal.
In my 10 years at Ben Forrest, I’ve assisted on high-end fashion shoots and recently travelled to the Insight Academy in Bologna, Italy, to study product development. I’m a specialist in brands like Redken, Keune, and Milkshake, and I am a firm believer that the right colour gives you the confidence to feel fantastic. I’m always learning and love chatting with my clients about family, food, and travel.

Hi, I’m Megan. Since leaving school, I’ve always been passionate about hairdressing. I completed a two-year apprenticeship in a busy salon with a large team of stylists, where I gained invaluable experience and even took part in catwalk shows—something that really helped build my confidence as a stylist.
Over the years, I’ve worked in a variety of salons, continuing to grow my skills and experience. I also worked with an events company creating glamorous hairstyles for weddings and parties, which gave me the opportunity to travel around London and meet so many amazing people.
I joined Ben four years ago and absolutely love being part of the team. I’ve also had the chance to assist on catwalk shows, which has been an incredible experience.
I’m always keen to develop my skills and have completed courses in balayage, foliage, extensions, hair-up styling, Brazilian blow-dries, and advanced colouring techniques. This allows me to offer a wide range of services tailored to each client.
Outside of the salon, I’m a very social person—which is why I love hairdressing so much. It’s such a friendly, people-focused career, and I enjoy making every client feel comfortable and confident.
